Duroplex®-Duroplex is a water-based 100% acrylic texture. Duroplex coatings come in over 80 standard colors and several dozen textures, plus custom color/texture options, providing complete design freedom. You specify colors, textures, to meet your design specifications. Duroplex cures at hardness equal to 80% of the hardness of mild steel. Duroplex is fade resistant, water resistant, and washable. Duroplex is warranted for 10 years for against peeling, delamination, cracking, chalking, and mold and mildew growth. Over a 6 to 12 year period, Duroplex installations provide up to 50% savings in maintenance costs compared to those costs for paint and vinyl wallcoverings maintenance. Plexture® w/Teflon® - Used as a wall finish for guestrooms in the hospitality industry. Approved by most leading hospitality chains throughout North America, Plexture delivers value, through the combination of low installed cost, great soil resistance, high abuse tolerance, and a mold and mildew warranty. Available in a variety of patterns, 80 standard colors as well as custom colors, Plexture meets the demanding requirements of today's hotel operators, contractors and guests. Developed in 1990 by Triarch Industries, a leader in interior performance coatings, Plexture has a successful track record with some of the busiest hotel properties in the country. Problems experienced with other wall systems, such as high installed cost, delamination, mold or mildew growth, discoloration or difficulty with cleaning, and patching, are eliminated when Plexture is installed. PolyGlaz was designed to work in concert with Duroplex® and Plexture® coatings to provide a tile-like surface where the end result is to reduce moisture and vapor transmission. Ideal environments include occasional wet areas in bathrooms and pool areas. Together, Duroplex and PolyGlaz can be used in place of ceramic tile. PolyGlaz®
- is a high performance clear gloss, clear matte, translucent and
tinted, or opaque pigmented finish. PolyGlaz is designed where a
hard sealed surface, and low maintenance are priorities. This air
dry, water borne urethane reaches a thorough dry in just over 1
hour, rendering PolyGlaz ideal for fast track construction and maintenance
improvements. Extreme low odors allow the product to be applied
in existing office space without disturbing tenants, yet its performance
values exceed most industrial application.
